The Beaumont

What a lovely stay. We came as a cycling trip and were welcomed with our bikes and some space to lock them up safely. The rooms were clean, everything you needed (soaps, moisturiser, tea, biscuits, etc). Super comfy mattresses, I slept like a log! The brekkie was fab and let’s not forget the best part… starting your day in the conservatory overlooking the blooming garden! Thanks so much for having us, it was fabulous.

stayed here whilst working away, such a shame was only 1 night... Barbara and Steve are wonderful people who have such sincerity and take the best care in providing a unique atmosphere and take great pride in their business... The Beaumont certainly goes the extra mile in itself, what a stay.. I'm coming back!

Very nice guest house extremely pleasant owner, we have only met Barbara so far, not her husband Steve. Great breakfast choice, will check it out in the morning.

Warm, friendly, gracious, helpful, and considerate hosts who also provide excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The Beaumont is everything you want in a B&B, and more. The owners are clearly eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I have family who live in Milton Regis / Sittingbourne, so I will be staying here again - I will not even consider staying elsewhere!

Lovely welcoming by the owners . Very Clean and spotless . Very comfy bed and loads of mirrors in room ,perfect for a women. Some lovely touches to the room ,tea,coffee,hot chocolate and little bottles of shampoo/conditioner . I had no issues with noise but was nice to have that option of ear plugs left by bedside . Breakfast was delicious and was served quickly.Lovely homely atmosphere. .Would definitely stay again.

What a lovely welcome we had from the owners Barbara and Steve. The Beaumont is an old-style traditional guest house in a historic building complete with the usual uneven quirky floors that you associate with old houses. Our room (6) was a good size with a double and single bed and was spotlessly clean. What more could you want?
We were glad that we have a small car as the car park entrance is pretty tight. Thank you - we will be back.

An absolute gem, the hosts are lovely and the rooms incredibly clean. The building itself is beautiful both inside and out. Loved the gardens so much we had a mini photo shoot with my family after we checked out. Delicious breakfast with generous portions😋😋😋Will definitely recommend!
