What a wonderful place. The lovely landlords are the sweetest, most loveliest people. Very caring and loving. The rooms are super comfortable, warm and cozy. Very clean house with all the amenities. So happy to have stayed for as long as I did!

It was a comfortable room if a little bijou. A springy single bed with clean and lovely smelling linens. There was a warm welcome and a quick show-around. There's on street parking and room for one or two cars on the drive. The B&B has a shared bathroom and breakfast table. I felt a little uncomfortable being thrust among strangers with no choice of eating my meal at my own table and in my own company. No good for people who like their privacy/own space or who are a little shy or quiet in the morning. You feel like you are in a family home and so there is no space and anonymity that a hotel will give you or that some B&B's have mastered. It's not ideal for business travellers as there is nowhere to work and no network availability. Probably perfect for people of retirement age who are similar in personality and outlook to the owners. I wouldn't return for these reasons but it is a well run establishment.

The owners are a delightful couple and wonderful hosts.
The room was very comfortable and warm. Fresh towels and robes were in the room, with a large en-suite and nice hot shower. Just right after a busy day at work. The room (I stayed in The Garden room) offers a lovely view of the large, mature garden.
A huge selection of teas, coffees, fruit teas etc are provided in the room, with fresh milk stored in a small fridge.

The bed was very comfy, and I had a very good night sleep.
A first class, wonderfully fresh, home cooked breakfasts is provided. You'd never get a breakfast of that quality in a hotel!
I simple cannot recommend this super B&B enough.
Thank you for a fantastic stay. See you next year!

Peter and Anne that run Aspens are the most delightful hosts you could ever hope to meet. They were welcoming and accommodating, even making us sandwiches for our departure day as we left very early!

I would describe the accommodation as "quaint" but it was freshly decorated and spotlessly clean.

Close enough to the town centre to walk if you want to have a drink and don't want to drive.

All in all a lovely stay and highly recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming couple run this establishment. Excellent breakfast and a clean and comfortable room in a quiet area. Great location for exploring the local country side as it is on the Tunbridge Well s Circular route.

I've probably stayed in dozens of places and I can finally say that I found the perfect place (price/quality speaking) . The house was very tidy, the lovely couple that runs the place are so sweet and they care a lot. Everything was great. Every detail( like fresh milk for every room) or first time I've seen a room with a decent amount of plugs with USBs. I know it may sound silly but as a videographer I always carry a lot of equipment that needs to be plugged and I always bring my own extensions. I must say I didn't need them this time.
Breakfast was excellent, full English breakfast served even better than a 5 star hotel, double cutlery, 3 cups (one for water, one for orange juice and one for tea or coffee). All served at the table where there were a large variety of granola and marmelades.
Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Couple of a certain age providing good old fashioned hospitality exceptionally clean felt like I was staying with my grandparents (in a good way)
Good facilities close to food and bars and I don’t mind sharing a bathroom or breakfast table enabling you to get to know your fellow guests.
