Trinity House Hotel

The ensuite double bedroom we got for our holidays was humble, but clean and cosy. I was slightly disappointed the kitchen area is under renovation, but there was an electric kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery in our room, so it was easy enough for us, to prepare some breakfast and light supper. The area is very peaceful, full of exotic shops, 3 minutes walk to Overground ad 7 to Victoria line. We got free tea, coffee, towels, the room was also cleaned during our 6 days stay. I'm very pleased overall, and probably will stay there again.

One staying in this place was not a good experience. The positive was that the room, although small, was relatively clean, however the kettle was full of limescale and the shower had signs of moulding on the side. Now the downfalls, I called and asked for a parking spot, I was told that one would be available, it wasn't, and upon arrival I went to the door, knocked and knocked but no answer. I had to call the mobile again, if you have no signal or no phone then you are doomed to stay out!
When talking to the woman on the phone I asked why there was no parking although I was told that a space would be available, she was rude and with an attitude told me that if I don't like it I can cancel, that was at 18:40pm on the evening that I was to stay there.
Only after I called they gave me a code to get inside, no information about the check in whatsoever provided in advance, no information about a communal kitchen to use and no information about breakfast.
All evening I could smell smoke and at times it was becoming more intense, I went out in the corridor and It became obvious that many types of cigarettes were being had inside the house as the whole corridor stunk.
Next morning 3 men were walking towards the front door, two of them had cigarettes in hand, half way smoked and only the third one had the decency to light his when outside.
I had very little sleep mainly due to the disgusting smells, the staff/owners were nowhere to be seen, a couple of my messages were answered after almost an hour and a request for an invoice was completely ignored both via email on Booking.com and text message.
I will never stay there again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The place reeks of cigarette smoke and random dudes are knocking on the door at midnight for crying out loud! Yes, you read that right. I don’t know if he was drunk or homeless but why was he in the hotel to begin with? Management is lazy and unresponsive. Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been last year and I’ve visited recently again and so far it’s my favourite. Affordable and still close to everything in London. It’s always clean comfortable and cosy. Very high standard with friendly staff.

For the price you pay, I would say it is a convenient, the room has everything needed, its location is conveniently situated not to far from central london, yet do not expect to get much help from the staff as they are never around.

It was third time for me at Trinity Hotel and this time I were there with my husband. It was lovely! Ania and Kuba are really helpful and kind. We spent there amazing moments because of high quality of the hotel. They really take care of cleanliness. There is no other place to stay in London for me. It’s close to stadion and about 15 minutes to city centre! I highly recommend this place for couples, families or singles! You will be take care of.

Our 2nd time staying here and there most definitely will be a 3rd! This place feels like home away from home. It's safe and secure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and have a cosy feel. The location is easy to find with plenty shops and parking nearby. The only small suggestion would be to get smart tvs for all the rooms because it does give that in-house entertainment feel which we love!
