What a lovely host. Debbie makes you feel so welcome and nothing to much trouble.
Room is very clean and comfortable with little touches to make you feel at home.
Our breakfast was delicious, pancakes and fruit and bacon sandwich 😋
We will definitely be back.

A great place to stay for anyone visiting the area. The room was compact but everything was there that you'd need. Debbie is a delightful host.

A small but very well maintained double room with adjoining smart shower room. Attentive and pleasant host. Perfect for an inexpensive base for visits to Birmingham.

What a wonderful hostess, Debbie was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The room was great, all I could need plus a fridge. The bathroom immaculate with a great shower, when in the area I will try to book again but I have a feeling it will be booked up as everything was so ideal. We'll done Debbie
