The Royal Standard Bed & Breakfast

Was a really lovely place to stay, nice outside space and clean comfy beds. I loved that you are very much left to get on with whatever you're up to. The people who own it don't appear to live there so you don't feel like you're intruding in someone's house, which I thought was ideal. Great breakfasts as well and all the staff seemed genuinely lovely and kind.

Lovely corner of London, just outside the M25, with the Windsor great Park just down the road. Nice clean well equipped room with ensuite, great host, most helpful.

Not of a good standard. Rooms not nice very dated and not clean to a guest house standard.

I was positively surprised. The mattress was very comfy (I hate old and soft mattresses) and the room was clean. The owners are polite and friendly. The only criticism I have is cold bathroom: it was fairly cold outside and the heating didn't work in the bathroom. It was unpleasant in the morning as the bathroom was really cold.

The location is it’s best feature in beautiful surroundings
The hotel is actually an old pub , old being the apt word
The gardens are very nice with plenty of free parking
The hotel itself is a little tired and like a throw back to the eighties
The rooms are ok small with a small tv , small bathroom, shower only
The breakfast is another redeeming feature very nice freshly cooked with good produce
The WiFi is also very good

Taking into account the price, this seemed like good value when compared to the over-priced local competition. Breakfast was especially good

a step above the rest! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Probably the most decent hotel around this area...comfortable rooms and a decent little bar.
