We was greated by the lovely owners showed to our room and invited down to the kitchen for coffee and cake. ( which was amazing )
The whole decor of the b&b was beautiful, clean warm and very pretty.
The owners where super friendly and interested in getting to know myself and my partner.
We had a very comfy sleep and a gorgeous cooked breakfast the next morning.
We will 100% be staying there again and can only thank the owners again for there amazing hospitality.

Very pleasant last minute find by Julie for a weekend away in Lincoln. Bruce and Lut are some of the most welcoming and pleasant people you could wish to meet.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay, the hosts were very welcoming and spent some time chatting, Lut made a gorgeous cake and a lovely cup of tea on arrival. I stayed in the attic room (it really was pretty). It was so comfortable and quirky, I felt truly relaxed. The shower facilities and toiletries were perfect and luxury. The breakfast the next morning was sublime and I was made to feel at ease and not rushed in the slightest. They were genuinely lovely people, Lut gave me some calming spray for my travels which I thought was so kind and they even gave me a slice of cake for the road! Thank you Lut and Bruce!!

A beautifully modernised 300 year old farm house with lots of its original character features. The warmest of welcomes began a short (one night) but most enjoyable experience, starting with afternoon tea and ending with a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a lovely Belgian touch. While the facilities are not en suite, they are readily accessible. It was conveniently located but needed care and concentration to find on a dark, wet evening.

Luts and Bruce have poured their heart and soul into this B&B. They were so kind and welcoming to both me and my partner that we'll be sure to visit again if we're in the area. We were treated to a log fire, a complimentary glass of wine and light snacks during the evening. The room itself was stunning, spotless and beautifully decorated which made for an extremely comfortable night's rest after exploring Lincoln, which is only a 15 minutes drive from the property. Luts and Bruce's breakfast the following morning was delicious and filling and we were treated to the story of how they met each other and how it tied into the renovation of the B&B. A truly luxurious, honest and sincere experience to retire to after the busy city life. Thank you so much!

Laughter Walk at Lut's Place
A happy, pleasant and positive experience: laughter is medicine!

I was invited to join a wonderful friend in ‘a laughter walk’ held at Lut’s Place. I had heard of and tried laughter yoga before (from a colleague in wellbeing), so I had some ideas of what it may be involved and was looking forward to some time out of working, time in with my friend and others booking this experience.

Lut was the host and facilitator of the laughter walk. Lut is warm, caring and such a welcoming lady. She wears a natural smile and made us all feel at ease. The idea was that we made use of her peaceful setting, and walked around her farmstead, as she guided laughter-based, guided exercises, which involved us ‘letting go of being adults’ (and all the responsibilities that brings) and connect with a freer, creative, way of being. She explained each exercise carefully beforehand, and we all knew what we were trying out and why.

We were invited to make up adventure stories in our minds, try the laughter exercises and we ran wild and free in a gorgeous outdoors space: balancing on low down tree trunks, lying on hay bales and really enjoy this nature-based playground for adults. Time was spent really being present in nature, with one another and ourselves. We ended the laughter walk with a powerful, enjoyable and deeply connecting exercise. The time really flew by!

Lut made us coffee and offered refreshments after and lovingly prepared a little take away bag.

I would highly recommend visiting Lut’s Place and following the events she offers. You are sure to receive an authentically kind host, who has a passion for wellness and contentment through laughter.
