Farmstead Glamping

Had the most wonderful and restful couple of days in the tranquillity and bliss of the Pleasant Pheasant making full use of the hot tub.
Beautiful, well equipped and comfortable accommodation in an idyllic setting, truly a real find and very reasonably priced too. Will definitely go again and recommend to anyone. Absolutely LOVED it!!!

We’ve just returned from a very relaxing weekend away. We stayed in the pleasant pheasant and couldn’t fault it. So much is packed into a small space. I really couldn’t think of anything else that we could of needed over the weekend that hadn’t been thought about apart from a small shelter of some description outside so that you can still cook on the fire pit if the weather turns and it would also be nice to still be able to sit outside.
It didn’t make any difference to our visit but we got lucky with the weather. We’ll definitely be returning.

Amazing experience. So rejuvenating. The hot tub was amazing and so warm and relaxing on a cold early spring evening. We had everything we needed and more and can't wait to return.

An amazing week at the Heron as a family of four. It was an ideal stay to fully unwind and relax (with the girls free to be as loud as they wanted!). The accomodation is finished to a really high standard and we could not have asked for more from our stay.

A well thought out and designed shepherds hut with attention to detail. Its so peaceful and relaxing, no traffic noise or aircraft. Its secluded, if that's what you like then I reccomend it highly. We had a super time.

Just adding to my previous review that is below, as stayed again in Feb, at the happy hare this time, and just wanted to say it was just as perfect as our first stay, we bought friends this time who stayed in the pleasant pheasant and they absolutley loved it and will be returning next year. Hannah is a wonderful host, and even gave us a lovely little gift as a returning customer. If you haven't tried these beautiful huts I'd highly reccomend it. Its a real treat. Thanks again hannah and we will see you again. :)

Absoulte dream! Weekend away for my 40th in the pleasant pheasant shepards hut. by far our loveliest weekend yet. Beautiful idylic location so peaceful and the hut was absolutley beautiful! Lovely wood burner kept us cosy at night and the wood burning hot tub completed it! Close to small town with pub and local shop. Fab romantic getaway and we will defo return.

The best weekend away with my partner, first time we have been glamping and we will definitely be returning!
We stayed in the Happy Hare and cannot express how beautiful and perfect everything was, the hot tub was lovely, the facilities were spotless and the added extras like marshmallows and delicious coffee beans made the experience.
Hannah was on hand for anything we needed and couldn't be more helpful.
Would 100% recommend Farmstead Glamping and will definitely return in the spring time for another romantic getaway.

Absolutely perfect getaway! We stayed at the Happy Hare for 3 nights in November and it was perfect. Hannah our host was so helpful and welcoming especially as we had to rebook twice due to covid but it was worth the wait.

We loved spending our evenings in the hot tub star gazing and were treated to some shooting stars! We woke up one morning to deer just outside our hut as well.

The surrounds areas are lovely and we spent the whole weekend exploring and didn't need to use our car at all.

Can not fault anything and I am sure we will be back again
