Can't comment on the rooms, as only went for breakfast after a pleasant walk along the sea front, breakfast was good but a bit pricy, added bonus was being dog-friendly 🍳🐶

Pros: Nice Location , friendly staff on arrival only.

Cons: Huge Dirty Nasty Stain on Carpet in room 5, uncomfortable beds, shower doors kept coming off its hinge.paper thin walls so you hear conversations and the pull of light switches; Luke warm breakfast, hard sub standard sausages.
Rude Female Owner! Poor WIFI.

On arrival we couldn't pay, as their laptop wasn't working so we went to our rooms.

Day 1.
The following day I had diarrhoea following breakfast couldn't say what caused it.

Just before close we were charged ridiculous prices for a couple of peppermint tea bags(charged Costa coffee prices)

Day 2.
We packed and headed over to have breakfast before check out.(which we thought was 11am)

While ordering breakfast, we were asked for payment. We had to remind them that we attempted to pay on arrival!

They messed up the three breakfast orders, than came over and said. "You have confused the server " Rudely whilst trying to take the orders again.
They gave the vegan , the meat breakfast instead of the spring tide..

Whilst finishing our breakfast.
The female owner came over to us outside and at the top of her voice, rudely asked us" when were we checking out? as we had gone over the time. "

It was 11am and she said we were supposed to be out by 10 30.

I have stayed all over the world in 5 star hotels and could not believe the manner in which we were spoke too.

In front of loads of guess, everyone was starring at us, like we had done something wrong...

We were so embarrassed, it felt like we were being kicked out for something ,due to her ill manners.!!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
it should be turned into dog kennels .
Because they treat them better than paying guests!

Great location and breakfast. Room was clean, tidy and good size. Cafe was lovely and really convenient for a mini break. Beach is beautiful too and pub opposite was handy for an evening meal.

Excellent people, really enthusiastic.
Minor suggestion would be a couple of shelves in the bathroom by the sink and shower. Otherwise a great accessible suite.

Stayed in this excellent B&B only for 1 night as a quick little getaway we both needed. The room was great, spacious and spotlessly clean. We had our little dog with us and he had great fun meeting all the other dogs in the bar area whilst we enjoyed a tipple or 2 !
Great location right on the beautiful beach.
All in all a great stay and thanks to all the staff. We shall return !

The room was very comfortable and lovely. The B&B was in a lovely position by the beach. The breakfast was good and the staff tried to be helpful with any changes. Only down side was the choice of using paper plates to serve breakfast on. I understood for the takeaway service but not for the B&B customers.
Lovely dogs and very relaxed atmosphere.
