Recently stayed at this gorgeous, homely bed and breakfast for a friends wedding, amazing location just on the edge of town and close to both mangapps and creeksea wedding venues, few £'s in a taxi to each venue or to the bottom of town, very quiet peaceful area and such a comfy bed, believe they have 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 twin/family room. amazing breakfast too! highly recommended.

Amazing hidden gem of a bed and breakfast in Burnham on Crouch, highly recommended, just on outskirts of the town so beautifully quiet and tranquil setting, but close enough to all pubs and restaurants and waterfront. highly recommend, extremely comfy bed and amazing breakfast, great price compared to the pubs in town too. will definitely be booking again on my next visit.

‘Ria and her family gave me a very warm welcome and were focused on my being comfortable and happy throughout my stay. The room is super-clean, very comfortable and quiet, so I slept very well whilst I was there. The guest space feels private, but you also have the added support of knowing that someone is close by: so it feels very safe. The situation is very convenient for both the river front and station. I had such an enjoyable stay at this lovely B&B. Such a warm and friendly greeting from their host, Ria. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was really comfortable and well looked after. My breakfast was cooked to perfection and exactly what I ordered. A really welcoming experience from beginning to end and great value. Will definitely stay again when I am back in the area. A warm welcome awaits you at Burnt Mill Cottage. The double room we had was cosy and welcoming. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided along with some chocolate biscuits in our room. The room and adjoining bathroom were very clean. Our breakfast order was taken on once we'd settled into the room.

I would definitely recommend Burnt Mill Cottage for somewhere to stay if visiting the Burnham area. The hosts were very helpful and on hand to answer any questions.

Lovely comfortable room with everything you need. I felt very well looked after and welcomed. Lovely breakfast beautifully cooked. Lovely quiet pretty area very near the town and reasonably priced.
