Patricia review - the owner is very helpful. It's clean and you only need to ask if you need anything. Shops close by and frequent bus services into Guildford centre, also a parking space, but also walking distance of 15 mins at a leisurely pace.

The services available are unique and I can't complain about anything. Staff are helpful , very respectful and and readily available at all times.
This B&B is situated very close to Guildford town centre and there s a bus stop just a minute away. There is a co-op supermarket just a stonew throw and you can get anything you want.
I will always recommend Threegate B&B all the time because they are incredibly helpful, friendly, reliable and above all have good prices.

Comfortable and very friendly I stayed two nights at three gates bed and breakfast. I found the owner to be a really friendly and nice lady who also did an awesome local cooked breakfast. The facillities were all that was needed an ensuite. I would really recommend three gates as I think you'll enjoy your visit.
