One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in! The house, garden and room were all beautiful. We had the use of several reception rooms and were also able to use the clean and spacious kitchen to prepare our own meals. Leo was a great host with an excellent eye for attention. From the refreshments and toiletries provided in the room, to the decor, everything was of an extremely high standard. The highlight for us, however, was breakfast! Many ingredients, including the bread, marmalade and fruit compote were homemade. The cooked breakfast was delicious too and it was a real struggle to decide what to order each morning! Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Garden stunning. Rooms very comfortable. Great coffee and breakfast. Welcoming owners. Pub down the road. We've stayed in a few hotels in the area. This is the best! Look forward to coming back

We had a lovely stay. Room, shower, breakfast and amenities were all amazing. The host was super friendly and happy to help in any way. Some fascinating art work dotted around. It was everything we were looking for and more!

We loved Heyford house! The house is amazing, designed in an old English style with many details and art all over. We had the lovely breakfast in the warmth of a fireplace. The rooms are big and very well equipped. There's also a great living room and kitchen for the guest to use. Leo the host was very friendly and attentive. This is one of the most beautiful houses I've ever been to. Highly recommended!

Fantastic in every way. Why stay in a 5* hotel at more than 5 times the cost and still get an impersonal experience when you can stay here.

Room (2) was hugely spacious, more like a generous suite. Beautiful large windows with views over their large and well kept garden but with thick enough curtains to make it fully black-out when needed to sleep. Could not have been cleaner. Bed was super comfortable with good quality linens. Only thing I would say is an extension lead next to the beds to allow for charging of more devices would be useful but that’s really nit-picking (I always bring my own as I know I have a weird need for this). Breakfast in the morning was great variety, good quality ingredients and in a lovely breakfast room. Family run place – the owner was the guy that let me in at a fairly uncivilised time at night when I finally arrived (midnight) and was an absolute delight despite the hour, as well as then being up and friendly to all guests taking all the orders for breakfast. Hats off to him – he is running an amazing little place, a true hidden gem, and I look forward to coming back soon. Thank you!
