Cracking B&B. Four of us stayed overnight in Sept 2014 and the rooms were very nice. Extremely friendly hosts and the breakfast in their lovely home in the morning was brilliant. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had an absolutely delightful time staying at the Carlton Barns B&B on Feb 24th and 25th this year. The owners, Denise and David (and their little puppy, Gertie) are such wonderful, friendly, and warm hosts. We stayed at the ‘Wash House’ room which had king sized double bed. The room, bed, and bathroom/shower were very clean, cozy, and super comfortable. We very much enjoyed the delicious eggs and sausages, from the local farms, served for breakfast. We had the opportunity to join Denise and David and some of the Sandhutton village residents at the Kings Arms Pub (a very short walk from the Carlton Barns B&B) for a ‘quiz night’ gathering. We had a great time surrounded by friendly and fun group of people that night. We highly recommend staying at the Carlton Barns B&B if you are looking for real British warmth and welcoming souls! I know we will stay there again next time we are in that area.
