South Park - Bed and Breakfast Lincoln

Stayed here overnight, as it is very close to town and the main council offices. Room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was small but had everything you need. Most importantly for me was that breakfast could be had from 6am. Excellent for those with an early start. Overall a good experience. I will stay again next time I'm in town.

Fabulous independent guest house, cosy and friendly. Super clean, warm and welcoming. Why anyone would book a faceless corporate expensive hotel when this little gem is just off the High Street is beyond me. Highly recommend.

The location is very good and easy to get into town from here. The rooms are just what you need and the service is great. The owners are lovely and very accommodating and go out of their way to make sure the guests are having a nice stay

Really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was very personable and helpful, the area is great (near the centre yet is peaceful and you can enjoy a walk by the stream) Also the room was very clean, comfortable and great value for money. I would definitely stay again

I've been in and out of this place for 11 plus years now, and I'm always getting good service, clean rooms, coffee is always hot, Jackie(the manager) is always very attentive. Heating needs a little attention,hence the four stars-other than that, good location and friendly atmosphere

Incredibly friendly and hospitable staff, lovely amenities including a pressure washer of a hot shower in the annex wet-room, good location, very clean and well presented. I look forward to staying again.

I stayed at this Guest House nearly every week for years and it is absolutely excellent. The little details the owner, Jackie and her staff have included are brilliant and set this place apart. Jackie and her staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming that I never really needed to try to go elsewhere. Exceptionally clean, A1 breakfast and good quality rooms and shower rooms. Excellent.

Brilliant, friendly staff/owner. The bed was comfortable and some of the best pillows I have used. The location is great for walking to town along the river or getting to the football stadium. I was really impressed by the amenities, including a smart TV and free WIFI. It's definitely worth a stay.
