Hidden gem!! Even more enjoyable as it will take you by surprise with its location and facilities. The are more famous locations around Argyll. But this have more native feel when we stayed here. Interior decor is fully soaked with Chinese art and beautiful local architecture. The owner also has another property near the shores. We will definitely visit The Cottage again and again.

This place is being transformed , will not be open for at least another year , but I can tell you when completed you will not be disappointed, and knowing the people who will be running it , you will be spoilt . In the meantime, they are renting out the Boatmans lodge over looking Loch awe
