What a fabulous B&B. Andy and Fiona are wonderful hosts, (love the nip of whiskey in our room, Fiona's favourite which I have just managed to find here in London!) full of stories and recommendations of places to visit (yes, we did go to the memorial where you get the best view of Ben Nevis, thanks!). The house was spotless and very comfortable, breakfast the best we had on our trip and the views from the house are to die for. You can almost dip your toes in the Loch from the front garden! Our only disappointment was not staying more than the one night but hopefully we'll be back. Thank you both for a great stay.

My husband and I stayed at Waters Edge this past weekend during our stay in Loch Lomond. What a beautiful weekend! The room was absolutely adorable, comfortable, and clean. Fiona and Andy were SO awesome and provided the yummiest breakfasts during our stay. The wee dram and sweets were a nice touch to the room as well. Could not recommend this bed and breakfast more, and hope to re-visit this lovely place on our next trip to Scotland!

We rented the whole B&B for a Friday and Saturday. I stayed here on the Friday which was the night before my wedding. Fiona and Andy went way above and beyond to make the night before, and the morning of, as special as it can be (including some amazing surprises). Nothing was too much of a hassle and communication was amazing.
The views were amazing and all of the different rooms were lovely.
The cooked breakfast was amazing, and all our guests who we had stay there also said it was great and both Andy and Fiona were fantastic. Three out of the four of us checked out on the Saturday and those rooms were made up for the new guests who were staying there after the wedding.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and am looking forward to staying there again.

Everything was simply excellent! Andy and Fiona were amazingly hospitable, the room's design and overall comfort were well thought of, theire two cutest dogs 😍 and the breakfast bouffe+full were really good! Add to that the amazing view over loch Lomond! The location is also really good. You can walk to the main shore where there are some attractions (20 min), and to Balloch (30-40 min). We had really great time there!

Fiona and Andy are the amazing hosts of this charming B&B with view of Loch Lomond. Our party of 4 stayed in the two smaller rooms -“The Nook” and “The Cranny”, located on the second floor. Both rooms have a view of Loch Lomond. The rooms have a full sized bed, two chairs, and a wardrobe. An electric kettle and tea is provided in the room. We were welcomed with some whiskey from Andy’s impressive collection. Downstairs provides access to a sitting room and outside is a pavilion with table and four chairs, perfect for a game of cards. The property is well kept and very clean. Secure off street parking is provided on the property. Breakfast choices include a full Scottish breakfast (modifiable to each guest’s liking and dietary needs), porridge, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, granola, orange juice, tea or coffee. The second morning our hosts offered to try some haggis as part of the breakfast, a first for all of us. One out of four liked this traditional Scottish dish and all of us appreciated the opportunity to try it. The B&B’s two labradoodles didn’t mind the leftovers.
The B&B is a great starting point for day trips to explore Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park. It’s an easy 1.5 mile walk to Balloch where you can find a variety of restaurants. The area offers some great running routes (hills optional).

Great location, beautiful views, sumptuous breakfast, nice area to explore and superb service. The owners Andy and Fiona are very friendly and helpful. Room (The Cranny) was a bit small, but clean, adequately furnished and well decorated. We would stay there again!

What an amazing place. Fiona and Andy were such wonderful hosts and the rooms were very comfortable.

Everything we needed was available to us, plus a "wee dram" that Andy provided and was well appreciated!

The location is unbelievable. Truly beautiful. We reserved 3 rooms for our group and all 3 were very nice.

The breakfasts were better than could be expected. Truly fine dining. The full breakfast was everything you would want, but don't skip out on Andy's porridge. That stuff was so yummy. I thought "why would I want some oatmeal?" But I was so wrong. That was like no oatmeal I have ever had and I loved it.

I've gone on about the location, food, and rooms but Fiona and Andy are as amazing as all of that. Wonderful people that I was glad to meet.

A beautiful location with wonderful hosts!
We only stayed for a night but we were provided with a well provisioned room and a delicious breakfast the next day.
We will definitely be recommending Waters Edge to friends and family!
