Been here many many times, a real home from home. Lodges are well kept and spotlessly clean. Although close to the A68 it's a very peaceful spot. Sandra and Graham are perfect hosts and nothing is to much trouble.

Pergect place to stay, we have 3 springers who love it here, we always have the 2 bed lodge for the space, outside space is secure and plentiful, everything you need is here, even cooked a full roast dinner, would definitely recommend the spinney, we are booking again for next year.

Our chalet was lovely and clean with comfy beds . The owners where very welcoming. Our little grandson absolutely loved it he was in tears when we had to leave. We will definitely be staying here again The setting was beautiful.

Very clean, lovely lodge. The owners are around if you need them, but don't intrude on your stay. A lovely base to explore the borders.

Stayed for 4nights.lodge spotless, comfortable and very well equipped.located in lovely setting.short drive to Jedburgh for shops and petrol.owners friendly and helpful.would come again.
