Fabulous B&B right on the seafront, bedrooms beautiful. Hosts Mark and Louise could not do enough and were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a lovely homemade cupcake each morning on the table. Very highly recommended.

There are not enough words to describe what a superb time we had at Awel Mor, on the weekend beginning 18th March 2022.
For the first time I really felt like I didn't want to go home.
The weather was brilliant. We had a beautiful sea view room, with a huge picture window. It was a full moon and it glistened on the sea all night, so because we weren't overlooked, we left the curtains open all night and fell asleep listening to the waves rolling in. Absolute bliss!
The room was great with everything we needed. Plenty of teas/coffee's even chocolate drinks and biccies. Box of tissues even! We had a nice big sofa to sit in to look out and admire the sea. There was even a pair of binoculars as we kept thinking we'd spotted the dolphins, but perhaps too early in the year???
Guess what? The hosts don't do that daft thing of putting towels out on the bed, as per 'The Hotel Inspectors' pet hate. I mean WHY would anyone put them on the bed? So 100% of my approval in so many ways.
Excellent range of toiletries in the bathroom, including a shower cap. Yeay, and the shower was great - not a fixed head that you get your hair wet underneath... no.. it was a very useful lift - off riser type. Thumbs up for that as well.
Breakfast? We love a good breakfast and there was a big choice. I had orange juice, Welsh yoghurt.. pastries and a good old fry up which catered for my non-pork eating taste.. pot of tea and toast/ home made jam.
The praise for this place is just not enough.
Fabulous hosts whose obvious happiness stems from seeing their guests needs totally fulfilled. Nice morning chit-chat also, as Mark is a very friendly chap.
I just loved the whole experience.

Had a few days in Criccieth and stayed at Awel Mor for the 1st time and will certainly be back. The location on Min-y-Mor with views out to see and the castle are amazing.
Breakfast was a 10/10, both in terms of food and service.
Mark and Lou are simply the best hosts, always remember your name, and could not do any more for guests. Their energy and passion is infectious and made the stay even better.
See you all soon and thank you.

Amazing stay at awel mor, the owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet nothing was to much for them, the breakfast is bang on and the rooms are clean big and comfortable, I would advise to get sea view room as the veiw really is amazing and the sound of the sea send you asleep at night.

I got engaged to my other half whilst in Criccieth and when we got back to the room the owner got us a bottle some chocs and a lovely card waiting at the door, it really is the little things.

10/10 the only reason not to stay here is if it's fully booked.

Had a fantastic time here, made to feel very welcome from Mark and Louise. Totally on ball with asking us if we required anything during our stay.

Will definitely stay again. Thanks so much. Matthew and Jayne.

Our 7th year going back to this stunning B&B, the sea views are the best you will ever have, it's only 8 meters from the front door, ideal for a swim before breakfast, if you can have room 9, it's worth the stairs, the breakfast is superb, the hosts Mark and Louise can't do enough for you, half an hour's drive from Snowdon and also the stunning beaches of the Llyn Peninsula, don't book the first weekend of September next year as we want room 9
