Iain and Martine have introduced us to a new level of hospitality. The moment we set foot into this charming b&b we felt like friends rather than guests.
Our room overlooked the beautiful Llandudno bay and was very clean and cozy. The breakfast truly is delicious and the b&b is located right in the center of this beautiful town.
Thanks to Iain and Martines welcome and recommendations we experienced so many wonderful things in this charming town. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else the next time we come back.

The B&B has everything you'd expect from a beach side hotel. Amazing location and we stayed in the big double bed room facing the beach which made our experience much much better.
The host (I think David) was dynamic, enthusiastic and helpful. He gave loads of tips on places to eat, hangout and have fun. He hosted us really well and also accommodated the requests we made to check out half an hour late and to join the breakfast a bit late.
The only downside is the lack of allocated parking space. The two days we stayed there, we had to park at different places at least half a mile away.
Apart from that one minor downside, it's an amazing place to stay in and enjoy Llandudno

Stayed Fri till Sun, with a beautiful sea view from our room. A full English in the morning, and one of the best warm welcoms ever. We would highly recommend and if we are ever coming to Llandudno again, we know where we'll be staying.. Thanks guys we loved it 😊😘👍

Perfect stay at Promenad for 2 nights this weekend. Everything was spotless and I slept very well in a beautiful room (no. 4) with the stunning sea view. It was windy and chilly outside but the hotel was warm and cosy. Breakfast was great and David is very kind and accommodating. Many thanks again and hope to be back again soon! Felix

If I could give 6, 7 or higher I would, brilliant location, nice, welcoming staff, went for seaview twin room (Room 3), great view, catered for my daughter who's lactose intolerant, really enjoyed ourselves, any questions leave them here & I'll answer best I can 😁

Excellent B&B! The owner was a great host always had a smile and a joke whilst being very helpful. Breakfast was great and the fried breakfast was perfectly cooked. Our room was very clean and view from the bay window was stunning. Would recommend this B&B!

The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Has everything you needed towels, kettle, tea, coffee. Hair dryer, clean towels everyday. value for money. (Definitely)
Would love to stay again. Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic views!
There is lots of choice for breakfast. Hot English Breakfast and Continental Breakfast (fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal etc).
I would absolutely recommend this B&B and we would be happy to return in future!
