Paul & Lawrie were superb hosts. Very friendly, relaxed yet professional service. Breakfast was always exceptional. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic retreat. p.s. very clean and shower was brilliant!!!! Overall, attention to detail was inspiring.

Superb hotel, service and experience, would highly recommend if you require a place to stay in Llandudno. The price was great value.
Paul and Lawrie were very welcoming and friendly with great knowledge of the area and couldn't do enough for us.
The room was immaculate and very well maintained, very clean and the bed was comfy.
Breakfast was excellent and very good value. It was cooked to perfection on both occasions.
The location is great, right on the sea front and plenty of free parking on the street.

Staying for a long weekend with my sister. Absolutely lovely bed and breakfast. Friendly owners, really helpful and breakfast was spot on. We're in the twin bed, Seaview room and the pictures on the website don't do it justice, it's a really clean, tastefully decorated room. Will definitely be back

The Grafton is an excellent place to stay. Our hosts were gracious and went well out of their way to accommodate our (many) needs, including changing reservations, finding cabs, booking restaurants, and serving breakfast off regular hours for us. Higy recommended if you are traveling to Llandudno, or just looking for a quiet getaway!!

Paul and Laurie are amazing hosts, they are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was decorated beautifully. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, everything on the plate was cooked to perfection. A gem of a hotel.

Love the Grafton!! Stayed here for 3 nights... superb..great breakfast choices,location is a mile away from the pier but that makes it quieter at night which is better....and you can't get bored of walking down the promenade it's lovely..we had the twin room at the front above the door... we'll be back !!

Amazing host spotlessly clean fabulous breakfast and very knowledgeable of things to see & do .10/10 from my family who had 4 sea view rooms.will be back again for the 3rd year .😀
