Spent three nights at this lovely guest house. The owners Sam & Julie are very friendly & welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Room was very clean and comfortable, along with the other guest areas. Coffee & tea with kettle in the bedroom, together with biscuits & refillable bottles of water. The full breakfast is very tasty. Also a choice of cereal on offer. Managed to acquire free parking for our stay, but even if we hadn’t, the pay & display car park is literally around the corner. Walk into town takes no more than 5-10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend it.

Stayed here for 4 nights made to feel at home and welcome by the hosts. Room and guest house was spotlessly clean and inviting. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any guest house would highly recommend this guest house without hesitation. Don't know how they do it for such a reasonable price.

My partner and I have just returned from a last minute, three night stay in Tenby. We booked the Gumfreston Guest House based on the amazing reviews and we're so glad we did!
The location is superb, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and just ten minutes walk from the centre of town. There is limited parking right outside of the property but there is ample parking just around the corner in a car park for just £7 for 24 hours. On this occasion, the hosts were able to save us a parking space outside of the guest house, which was very unexpected.
We booked the last room available, which was smaller than we would usually prefer, but it was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and incredibly quiet. In fact, considering the number of rooms and location of the property, it was unbelievable quiet. We were able to leave our window open all night without being disturbed until the dawn chorus of seagulls. The bed was very comfy and we both slept really well.
Breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of cereals, breakfast bars, yogurts, fruit and traditional cooked breakfast options. The sausages are exclusive to the guest house and made by a local butcher.
We honestly couldn't fault Gumfreston Guest House and the hosts, Sam and Julie, couldn't have been any more accommodating. Sam gave some excellent suggestions of places to visit and both create a wonderfully relaxing environment.
Our stay was incredible value for money and you will get the best price by calling them and booking direct, rather than via a booking site.
Tenby and the Pembrokeshire coastline is beautiful and we will certainly return and will definitely stay at Gumfreston Guest House.

This is the perfect place to stay in Tenby, Sam and Julie are greats hosts, and Julie's breakfast! Wow! We stayed here for a wedding anniversary and they made it very special, the rooms were very clean, and tidy. Whenever we return to Tenby this is the place we will be staying.

Loved our stay here. Spotlessly clean. Good location to beach and shops. Sam and Julie are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing. Well worth a stay. Would recommend highly.

Superb location to access all of Tenby. A car park is literally within yards of the guesthouse (South Beach pay and display) The hosts couldn't be any more friendly and welcoming. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Room was comfortable with some nice touches on arrival. Delicious breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Definately recommended for a stay in Tenby. 😁
