This is in no way a B&B. I booked a room here and was greeted by a rude woman who practically ordered me to fill in my details! Once I got to my room, I found the floor stunk of cigarette smoke, and my room was frankly disgusting. The carpet was caked with dirt, the bed sheets were ripped and there were noisy teenagers on my floor. Needless to say, I left immediately. When I got to the following B&B, they told me that Maes-Y-Coed is in fact a 'doss house', used by social services when there is no speak in council housing for the homeless, drug addicts and young people who have left home. Basically, it is NOT a Bed and Breakfast and should be avoided at all costs!!

Absolutely discusting attitude on the women I spoke to on the phone asking if I could get in touch with one of the guests she told me that I shouldn’t be ringing this number I’m absolutely fuming, she told me instantly that the guest had gone out with out checking or asking me if I wanted to leave a message or if I had a contact number she could give the guest .. her customer service was horedous and not worthy of a one .. if her attitude on the phone reflects on the state of the place I wonder how environmental health react!!!
