The Old Rectory Holiday Cottage & Lodge, Boduan, Pwllheli,

The Hotel is in a stunning setting, everything is thought about to the very minuet detail. We arrived and were greeted by Lindsay who is lovely. She showed us around the accommodation and our rooms, booked us a taxi for evening, booked our restaurant, got us an ice bucket, and generally looked after us superbly. The rooms were very comfortable and decorated very homely. Bedding, pillows and quilt were Uber comfy! Very quiet at night so you could get plenty of rest. The breakfast was a real joy to wake up to. This Lady is super woman! Will definitely come back soon. Thanks to a lovely couple for making this stay a wonderful experience. Andy & Sarah xx

Friendly hosts, lovely food, great surroundings-the perfect getaway

The house and rooms were lovely. The downside was related to the owners, we are quite young, and the host acted asthough we were going to rob the place, she was rude and 'checked' up on us every couple of minutes. She was nice and chatty to other quests but to us she was not and seemed although she could not wait to get rid of us. Would not stay again.

What a delightful place to stay. We had the cottage a the back of the main house with its own very private garden. Such a range of birds, including woodpeckers frequented the garden and bird feeder.

This is a great house, well situated within easy driving of many attractions. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is comfortable with a fantastic lounge if required. Whilst ordering breakfast the night before might not appeal the food is very good and ready when you want it. There is a great choice and it is hot when supposed to be. I would stay again and recommend it without any doubts at all.
