Great place to stay. Jackie and John were perfect hosts. The room was spotlessly clean with lovely views. They have great undercover parking. Really enjoyed the breakfast, plenty to choose from. It's just a short walk in to town and a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Wales. Highly recommended.

This B&B is the place to stay if in Tywyn. Everything about the place is spot on. Perfect host could not make you feel more welcome. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fresh cooked

We travelled to Leahurst at the end of July. Jackie and John were very welcoming, we felt very welcome Set in beautiful Twywn, perfect for Aberdovey and Snowdonia Breakfast is amazing, so fresh and nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely be back!

Lovely B&B with many thoughtful extras in our room, which had a large, comfortable bed. Jackie was a delight to deal with and our breakfast was delicious.

This guest house had everything we could want on a short break. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Location, close to the town, seafront. Having use of a fridge was a real bonus. Jackie was a wonderfully friendly host. Would definitely recommend.
