The hostess greeted us with a smile and a large piece of lemon drizzle cake.
The garden is beautiful with a stream running through and little garden paths running around the front and back.
The house itself was kitted out with all the mod cons and very, very cosy atmosphere.
The surrounding areas has forest and hill walks suited for abilities and the down a few miles down the coast is a very nice place to visit with some unique and specialist shops.

Elaine and Neil were very welcoming and the room was immaculately presented and clean. The breakfasts were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed them (and the whole of our stay)!
Located just outside Barmouth, it's really easy to travel into Barmouth on foot or via car. The taxi service in the area was really good and the selection of restaurants in Barmouth was great also. Going back to Glandwr Mill after exploring was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful location, right opposite the sea and mountain backdrop. Fabulous old mill set in the most stunning grounds with its own river and cute bridges. The house itself is gorgeous, the rooms are spotless. The breakfasts are very good, choice of cereal, fresh fruit, full cooked Welsh or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, all made with local produce. Our host Elaine was so welcoming and made us feel at home.

A very nice B&B set in a stunning location 2 miles away from the town with good views. The rooms are well presented and there is a nice visitors lounge. The breakfast is well cooked and quality ingredients are used. Nothing is to much trouble for the attentive owners. We Will definitely be back for another visit.
