Poyerston Farm

Really nice spacious cottage, nicely furnished, large comfy beds, with everything you could hope for supplied (even a sewing kit!), all good quality too and well cleaned.
The owner has also put a set of information leaflets for local attractions in the house and tips on local beaches, restaurants etc - very nice touch.
Lovely Friendly owner who is very helpfull, shows you round, explains how everything works and even left us a little gift of food and drink for our arrival.
Amazing area, I think we only scratched the surface of the beauty spots, beaches, castles, gardens and good food that the area has to offer.
Overall I would definitely recommend this lovely cottage, it was more like borrowing someone's comfy home than the usual sanitised holiday let that you find, and the owner really knows how to do a holiday let properly.

Warm welcome and great place

Shelia and Phillip were the perfect hosts. From providing us with milk, etc on arrival, giving us home made Welsh Cakes and showing us the milking parlour in action. Absolutely wonderful hosts and a specai place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

Just spent a great week at Carthouse cottage. The cottage is immaculately clean, has all the commodities you need and a lovely garden and fab views of the countryside. There was milk, eggs, fruit and flowers on our arrival which isn't the norm for self catering properties 🙂. Our host even supplied us with home made Welsh cakes. Thank you - we will definitely be back.

Fabulous place to stay so well equipped, great location for many beaches.
