What a wonderful stay! Arrived slightly later than expected after a charity bike ride from Cardiff. Bike stored safely in the downstairs office, and a much needed (and amazing) shower afterwards. I had a room with a view over the bay, a beautiful view especially at sunrise. A contonental-style breakfast is left at the door at 8am, and what I didn't have right away made for lunch later. I booked this after finding no reasonably priced rooms in Tenby, though having stayed here I'm glad I hadn't. Happily recommend this place, and the hospitality of the hosts, to anyone who'd prefer to be slightly outside of the Hustle and Bustle of Tenby, especially at the weekend.

B&B. Would have given 4/5 if Alli (B&B owner) Wasn’t so accusing and rude. Arrived late and realised room had dust bunnies, crumbs next to bed and bathroom black bits all over sink and floor. Emailed Alli to review the room following morning. She offered a partial refund so we agreed to just the service fee of £9 as we thought that wasn’t too much to ask (we didn’t want to be perceived as fussy). She then revoked the partial refund claiming we’d purposely left the dust, hairs and crumbs and were wanting a full refund for which was never requested! I sent photos to her of proof even though she’d seen for herself that morning the state of the room yet the reply we had was “leave us alone”. She also said if we left this review on Airbnb (which we booked through) she would leave us one claiming we’re out for telling tales to escape paying. Shocking and disgusting attitude that could have been avoided with a little understanding that we were paying guests that did not want to find out room in the state it was.

Shop opening hours says closes at 8pm. Turned up at 6.50pm on a Monday and was closed?! Ridiculously early for a week day.
