The Cottage

I was only dropping someone off, but the staff were very friendly and made sure everything was covered in the room before leaving the guests to it. The room itself was cosey and well presented. I can't comment on the comfort as I wasn't the one staying, unfortunately.

I have been booking stays at the Cottage for over twenty years and Mark's hospitality and care are always second to none. The house is quaint, quirky and comfortable - just right for short breaks. It is perfectly situated right in the heart of the town with lovely breakfasts in the period dining room. If you have never been to Mid-Wales or to Llandrindod Wells (a great base from which to explore the area more widely) then you are missing out. And the Cottage is a reasonably-priced place to stay when you come.

Clean, friendly. Excellent breakfast, local produce and the host makes all the jams and marmalades and even his own bread. Have been going there for several years now

This friendly BnB is probably the best I have stayed at. The owners are amazing and make you feel right at home. This is the second time we have stayed. The first was 9 yrs ago when my wife and I got engaged. We returned again and we had a lovely card and champagne waiting for us. We will be back again soon. Very highly recommend.

Clean, elegant space. Good breakfast. Good value . Tab is in lounge on the 2nd floor not in room. Would stay again for sure.

Top. Great house, clean, neat, nicely decorated, good condition, nice room and a most friendly owner Mark (dry sense of humour with great selfspot). Located in the heart of the town, but not noisy. The B&B has a special 'sitting'room if your prefer not to sit in your room. Tastefull and full breakfast (eggs, small saucages, tomatoes, mushrooms, enough coffee). Two good and surely not expensive places for dinner just around the corner. A place to recommend and to return.

Really enjoyed our stay with the hosts Mark and Jane, we will return.
