The owners were very friendly and helpful even to the point of carrying our bags to our room while we were treated to a cup of tea or coffee. room was small but clean and comfortable. bathroom is not ensuite but is adjacent, spacious and not shared. plentiful hot water. lovely breakfast. I would come back again.

Fantastic little place. Rooms are very neat. And lady is very friendly. Offering drinks when needed. Rooms stocked with required bits and pieces. Has hidden parking round back. Big breakfast choice and ensuite is lovely.
