A home from home. We spent Christmas in one of the self catering cottages, it was warm and welcoming. Had everything we needed and was very clean and modern. Small touches that made a big difference to a mother of 2 small children 300 miles from home, milk, cereal and most importantly teabags on arrival, everything has been thought of. The owners Phil and Barbara were very friendly and relaxed. Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Lovely area. We would definitely recommend it, and stay again.

What an utterly fantastic place to stay. We were absolutely thrilled with The Barn B&B. We stayed in the family room which had ample room for the 4 of us (including our baby in his travel cot). Our eldest chose to stay with his aunt but we could have easily fit the 5 of us.
Check in was easy and the room was lovely. We ordered food in for the evening and ate outside.
The beds were comfy, shower warm and perfect pressure.
Although you're close to the M4 (and we had the windows open all night) we barely noticed the noise.
Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer. We all enjoyed the selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals and cooked breakfast. They also had a high chair.
The owners were lovely and we can't recommend them enough.
Would definitely stay again.

The whole experience, could not fault the service and accommodation. Very pleasant hosts, nothing was too much trouble, changed rooms which was our request and certainly no complaint just needed single beds. There was no extra charge. Rooms and beds immaculate and breakfast was superb. Other family guests at another B&B complained about noise and continental breakfast, nothing like that at The Barn. Thank you so much. We will be returning for next family event in Wales.

Stayed here just the 1 night before a bike ride. Absolutely superb, all small details have been thought of: big room, quiet and peaceful, early breakfast, toothpaste and shower gel in room, lovely hosts, secure space for bikes. Lovely!

Just back from a 3 night stay here. We were a group of 11 (6 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids). We had 3 of the cottages - 1 family in the stables, 1 family in the lodge and 1 family in tyn cellar cottage. All 3 were absolutely beautiful. All very clean and well equipped. Me and my family were in the stables and it was like a home from home. There's a Lovely little farm at the back too. Great location for exploring (although as it was new year and the weather wasn't on our side we didn't get to do as much as we'd hoped to). We will definately return again.

We stayed at the B&B on a work trip and this B&B is amazing. The building itself is lovely. The rooms themselves are immaculate and cosy and the hosts, very kind and welcoming!
