Impressive facade and communal spaces
High specification, well designed rooms. Spotlessly clean, nice little touches. Comfy bed. Excellent coffee machine and tea machine, wide selection of teas and coffees with a morning delivery of fresh milk outside your room door.
We were in the topmost rooms and the bathroom is tiny but still with all the necessaries.
Fantastic value for money
Breakfast is optional, we didn't have any so can't comment. Nice Welsh cakes In the room.

Very welcoming hosts, nothing too much trouble. Stayed in Anglesey room which was lovely, clean and very good facilities. Very comfortable. Breakfast was well organised, freshly cooked and just the right size. Location is excellent.

Wonderful guesthouse. Fantastic hosts, and an incredibly well-presented room. The bed was clean, soft, and smelled wonderful, and the room as a whole was full of small details that made our stay incredible.

I especially loved the minifridge in the room and complementary glass bottles of milk available for tea and coffee. The bins with separate sections for recycling and nonrecycling also made me incredibly happy to see!

The breakfast had a good range, was well cooked, and absolutely delicious. Fully recommended!

Lovely clean en suite room. Bit noisy in the road but the bed was very comfortable. Lots of little extras supplied like Welsh cakes and toiletries.

Great B&B. Really enjoyed my stay in the Brecon room. The host was lovely and everything in the room had been well thought out, filled with little details. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our dog. The B&B is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and in a perfect location. The owners cannot do enough and have thought of lots of little details to make your stay wonderful. The beds are very comfy, There is a coffee machine and hot water machine in the rooms with plenty of choice of coffees and tea. There is a little fridge and fresh milk and bottles of water daily. Our dog was spoilt rotten with a jar of treats, bowls and his own towel. We will definitely be back

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The owners can't do enough for you. To say the Evangelisa is overlooking a main road,I never heard a thing. The ensuite is great. Next morning I had the Welsh Breakfast, again brilliant. I would definitely stay here again.
