Excellent B&B run by a very friendly family. What makes this B&B top-notch for us isn't the friendliness, or the food -both of which cannot be faulted, but the amazing garden. It's RHS listed (that's the Royal Horticultural Society) and open to the public one day a week, or by arrangement. But most of the time if you're staying here it's yours to roam at any time of day. It's beautifully laid out and contains an eclectic mix of plants - many of the varieties are rare. There's a solar heated swimming pool, at least two follies to climb up into, wide lawns, and delightfully overflowing borders. If you are luck and visit in July the cherry trees will be laden with fruit.

What a great find! We are staying in a 2 bedroom apartment in a converted hayloft. All facilities available and working. Host very friendly and invited us to explore the beautiful gardens.

Lovely little place, with everything you need. Very cosy and quiet, and situated in a very pretty area.
