Cosy, modern and clean. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Good Internet connection, free view TV. Tea/coffee facility. Located in town. Parking restrictions during the day but fine overnight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I arrived alone and a little nervous on a rainy Sunday night but the welcome was so kind and well, welcoming! As far as I can tell you can have anything you want for breakfast and they know how to scramble eggs beautifully.

Lovely accommodation, homily, very kind owners. Breakfast is 1 in a million beautiful huge mushrooms. Rooms are lovely. Beds very very comfy. Ideal location 2 mins walk from a local chippy / Morrison's / pub and calming canal walks

We had a lovely stay. The room was really nice with a lovely bathroom and the place was spotless. The hospitality was fantastic and the breakfast was brilliant (especially the home made bread). We would definitely recommend a stay here!
