I stayed at Moors Farm due to an event in Welshpool and was very impressed with the house and the rooms along with the warm and friendly welcome received from the hosts. The rooms were bright, well fitted out with everything you need and very clean. The breakfast was superb.
The location makes it very easy to find despite being surrounded by some of the most stunning countryside in Wales and the grounds of the house are simply gorgeous. It is also close enough to town for you to pop in for food or a look around.
The prices are reasonable and I would highly recomend it to anyway seeking a place to stay in Welshpool.

Beautiful accommodation in N°4 everything that you would need. Owner has left nothing out of list you would need. A beautiful welcome package too! However a word of warning regarding the gravel on footpath/drive is very slippy - slipped and broke my ankle.

We stayed in The Gate lodge . A lovely place. Beautiful linen, scrumptious welcome pack. Henia and her housekeeper Nikki were amazing hosts. The canal is at the top of the drive great for walking.

Outstanding! Absolutely immaculate accommodation. Very generous welcome pack. Everything you need, even coffee pods, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. I was nervous with COVID situation at staying overnight with my vulnerable 81 year old mom. No need to worry, bedding and towels pristine. Plenty of hot water and heating. WiFi. We left to have a few nights in a more expensive accommodation with a sea view, thank goodness they had a major water leak and we had to leave early, the ONLY good thing was the sea view, everything else was diabolical. A phone call on the off chance the Gate Lodge was available, meant 3 extra nights in Luxury instead of going home. Plus another welcome pack, totally unexpected. Cannot emphasise enough how fabulous this accommodation is. We will definitely be back.

Lovely old house big rooms and a big welcome, we were walking Offa's Dyke and it was one place we could get some washing done.
