Whist sales assistant did her best to be helpful, poor girl had but six weeks experience in the job. Prices were anything but clear, with different amount of discount on different items throughout the shop. There was'nt even a 2000 pocket mattress on display to compare different quality, and their in store prices, even with discounts were more expensive that their prices on the Internet. We didn't purchase. All in all a very disappointing experience. We went into a small shop in Hinckley and was able to purchase a 2000 pocket bed, for the price of their 1000 pocket. Be careful.

FD Beds gave me the best advice on my new mattress and bed, they have an excellent range and their storage beds beat any that I've seen. Factory Direct have been going for 30 years and their knowledge certainly shows. They helped me get exactly what i needed at a reasonable price. I'd recommend anybody across the Barwell and Leicestershire area to visit FD Beds store if they're considering a new bed or mattress.

Haven't actually purchased a bed from here but I have recently dealt with them. I rung with a complaint and cerys, who answered was so lovely and helpful. Told her the problem, she promised to investigate and call me back.My mum, who's behalf I was calling on, then informed me she had given me the wrong company name. The one is question has a very similar name, but is located in Aintree....Cerys called back as promised and I explained the confusion and she couldn't have been more lovely. 10/10 for the brief dealings we had. Excellent service

Called in today as a returning customer. Have always had excellent service from FD Beds. New bed/mattress/headboard ordered. Professional and friendly advice from Cerys who was most helpful and informative. Delivery planned shortly. Hopefully this will be as easy as the ordering process

Unfortunately FD Beds, who seem very nice people seem totally dependent on Vogue Beds, their supplier. Ruled by them, I would say. My experience with Vogue Beds is exactly the same as the other bad reviews on Google. I purchased one of their 7000 pocket sprung top of the range mattresses for nearly £2000. After months of use it started to dip, causing back problems for my wife and I. Customer services make you take lots of photos and then do everything they can to blame it on the customer. In my case they blamed the base, which is a solid plyboard base, supported by slats, with multiple support legs, and it has been that way from before buying this mattress. They simply don't want to take responsibility so say the slats are too far apart. Thats nonesense as the whole lot is covered by a sheet of plywood, so the mattress does not even touch the slats. The base is totally solid and flat. Blameshift and irresponsible is synonymous with Vogue Beds. They will take your money, but if it goes wrong, they'll blame it on you.

FD Beds, their retailer should, have more suppliers so they are not dependent on Vogue. By being Vogue's 'agent' they are failing customers who have bought a flagship product. If Vogue don't take responsibility, then they should offer a replacement or refund.

I have never dealt with such a bad company before or had such a bad experience having spent £2000 on a top end product. When i initially spoke to their commercial director, he acknowledged the problem and was quite reassuring they would fix it. Unfortunately it didn't work that way after months of pushing. John Lewis sell top end mattresses from a Leeds manufacturer and have excellent customer service policies..... would recommend buying there if you want a good mattress and a reliable retailer. I must say Amazon have also never let me down. Actually, neither has Asda. I wish I'd spent my money with a better company as they look after the customer, not the supplier, because they have a reputation to uphold. FD Beds, have good intentions, but push comes to shove, will not look after the customer, even though they acknowledged that I'd done all the right things.
