Bold Street Beds

Lots of choice and very helpful advice. We found a bed we liked, and after thinking about it, called the following day to order it. Delighted to get a phone call to say they could deliver in three days! The delivery people were friendly and careful (putting on shoe protectors is a very nice touch), and they arrived punctually, following a text message to let us know the time. We are very pleased with the bed, and appreciated the recycling of our old mattress. All in all, a very satisfactory transaction. Many thanks!

Another brilliant service from Bold Street Beds. I cannot express enough how very helpful & patient the gentleman we dealt with was. He spent a good couple of hours answering all our questions and guiding us in our choice of king-size bed.
The delivery was another excellent experience. The two delivery guys took extreme care whilst carrying up to the bedroom, in a very precise military manoeuvre (so as not to damage any paint work or doors). They then unpacked, set up and removed all the packaging in a very efficient manner. Whilst it was unfortunate that their supplier had failed to deliver our mattress protector, we were provided with an alternative and our original choice of cover was delivered to our door just a couple of days later. Thank-you for going 'above & beyond', your staff are a credit to you.

Ps the mattress was not soiled it was put outside ready to go to the tip and had rained that day so please ensure that you either call the customer to discuss before replying to a review or read all emails sent so that you understand the facts before replying
In regards to the damaged base this was fault upon delivery which was dealt with very swiftly hense why i gave an excellent review at the time
In regards to the new person maybe training and advising them upon starting that things can be escalated as I wouldn't have had to go and buy a new mattress if I had known or been told that it could be looked into abit more than it initially was. This would have saved money and stress. I appreciate that you have gone above and beyond to bring a fair outcome to my complaint but the initial customer service wasn't great

Great service from Richard at Bold Street Beds. There was a slight defect in one of the mattresses we bought and he exchanged it with no issues. He even price matched with an online competitor too. Super experience. Recommended.

Amazing choice of beds and staff were very helpful but no high pressure sales. Bed was delivered two days later and they put it all up for us too.

We visited here after a recommendation from a neighbour and we were not disappointed. The staff were all welcoming but did not make us feel pressured . Lisa helped us pick out a bed and headboard and we also purchased a and mattress , communication was fantastic and we only waited 3 weeks for our delivery with a text in the morning to give us an hour slot . The polite delivery team assembled our new bed and took our old mattress away free of charge. we did have a slight issue after delivery but Lisa was fast to rectify our issue. Again nothing was too much trouble and communication was fantastic. We had looked at the bigger companies before hand but we are happy we decided to buy from here. The bed is beautiful and great quality. No hesitation to buy from here again
