Sussex Beds

Would most definitely recommend Sussex Beds in Tunbridge Wells. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they are selling, without any pressure into buying whatsoever. We were looking for a new mattress, and we found the overall choice was far more superior than that offered by other bedding shops within the area. After a couple of visits with trying out various mattresses, we decided upon a Harrington and Abbott mattress, and although it had a delivery date of 6-8 weeks, due to it being hand- made, we were kept informed throughout as to when delivery was proposed. We took delivery of the mattress yesterday, and we are so pleased with it. The delivery guys were very polite and respectful whilst in the house, and managed to get the mattress in situ without too much trouble at all, plus they took our old mattress away. So, a very big thank you to Nicola, Graham and the other gentleman in the showroom, plus of course the delivery guys.

the young lady (Kezi), was most helpful with the questions we asked her. Her knowledge was good and found us a very good mattress for our needs. A valued member of staff , who was very helpful, pleasant and not pushy, a credit to your company. very good

Graham was very patient, listened to my requests and then talked me through my two top options. He didn't push me or rush me. Very good personalised service

Purchased our bed today at the Tunbridge Wells branch. Marc was very knowledgeable and professional. Marc took the time to go through every option of mattress right through to pillows and protectors. We tested a number of mattresses etc. Marc is very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Will recommend to family and friends

I recently bought a new double bed and I'm delighted with it. It's beautifully designed and constructed. Many thoughtful touches and all at a very attractive price. I had excellent customer service in the store. The delivery was also first-rate and any questions I had were answered patiently. I'm so glad someone recommended this company to me. As soon as I get the chance, I too will spread the word.

Well, the main thing is that the bed (and the pillows) are really comfy so it was a good choice. My husband says his stiff neck has improved so much since we got the mattress. But the other important thing was that the lady in the Tunbridge Wells shop was really helpful and that was the first thing that encouraged us to stay in the shop in the first place. Not too pushy but friendly and answered our questions when we were ready. And mustn't forget the delivery guys who were very efficient and helpful.
So all in all, we would go there again if we needed new mattresses for other beds and would certainly recommend them to people.
