I have been looking for places in London that do beds with high quality, fast service and great costumer service and I am so happy that I found simply beds! First of all I must say how amazing and uniquely different the service is making the customer the first priority. The service and delivery was more than fantastic and they actually delivered everything before the appointed day which is amazing! Not only that but the waiting period wasn't months like we see in other shops it was done in almost a week! (The order and making of the bed including the delivery) I am honestly highly impressed with this place and if I think of any new bed purchasing I would never go anywhere else. I also asked for a wall mounted head board which they don't usually do and they didn't say no to me and delivered something above my expectations. Including the single beds I ordered which were done so nicely too

first of all I would like start of big big thanks for mushtaqs help for getting one of the most luxurious bed and mattress to me within the same day now this man was no joke when he said that he will deliver that sort of high quality bed to me. under the same umbrella and chain of the
VI-spring mattress now they take at least 6 weeks to take. mushtaq had ready sorted for me the same brand new in stock.

now lets recap back to the delivery. he made his faithful promise made sure it was given to me on time. and in actual fact he was there before i was even at the property. I have gone through 5 bed and mattress companies, such as dreams, benson for beds, even beds r uzzz that is there main competitors they could not deliver.

however musthaq at simply beds one of the best sales mangers kept to his faithful promise and delivered the bed to me on time . with a lovely gesture put the bed up for me. with delivery men frankie and johnny were superb they were given instruction very friendly very happy with the way we were greeted.

I mean come on now what more can we ask for a local business. these big stores are not worth your time. so get yourself down to simply beds this very moment. as you are reading this

From our enquiry phonecall with Faryall to going into the store and having Faiz's undivided attention, I cannot flaw this company's level of customer service. We requested for a mattress with special measurements, over the Christmas holidays, and they still were the company to deliver our mattress the fastest. Thank you so much for your help and getting us a good night sleep so quickly.

Very helpful staff at simplybeds really friendly. I was able to get my mattress the same in the Christmas and the only company providing next day delivery for any sort of bed.
