We didn’t have a clue what type of mattress and base we wanted but lady in shop (think her name was Joy) was very knowledgeable. Bed arrived super quick at a time that suited us. The guys that delivered the bed were very polite and we had our new bed assembled in no time.

Fantastic advice and service! We had been to the usual big brand stores to look for a mattress but the information and knowledge we received at Vic’s was another level and made it very easy to find the right mattress quickly and we even got same day delivery! Highly recommend!
