Avoid this company like the plague!!

Ordered 2 beds which turned up water damaged, all had clearly been in their van all night and were soaked. Mattress was wet, dirty and smelly, check the photo I’ve added of the mattress!

Missing bolts for the headboards and one of the feet couldn’t be attached as no hole had been drilled and metal plug fitted.

Spoke to person after person and kept just being passed around, nobody wanting to deal with it.

Finally got them to replace items and we wanted a refund for one of the mattresses. Now can’t get them to refund after several phone calls.

Total disgrace

*Update - it’s now been 2 weeks since I should have been refunded. Now spoken to the 3rd person who is telling me it’s being processed but I’ve been told this several times already. I may need to approach my credit card company to put in a claim

This is a scam! We ordered a bed and mattress and we received a fake of a mattress we viewed in store. Bed base was tacky, cheap and very poor quality, badly made, both half’s were left and different. It was horrendous experience especially when we waited for a month to get it delivered. We’ve paid £750 for this. They don’t pick up the phone, we haven’t receive any response. It was a planed scam. We looked at other reviews now and all are the same. They are scamming people. We are devastated now, left without a bed, extremely stressed and upset. We had to call the bank to get out money back so we have to prosecute. Well have to sue them for all. This is absolutely unacceptable. Police should intervene. They are criminals.

Hi please avoid the place, con artist. Could anyone who has had a bad experience with this shop please get in contact with me as im taking them to the small claims court and would like as much evidence as i can get. they gave me a delivery date so we took our old bed to the tip and guess waht,they didnt turn up with meant me and my pregnant partner where on the floor. After visiting the shop to ask where our bed was we where told that they didnt know why it wasnt delivered and was told it would be delivered the next day, oh guess what yep no bed. Having told the shop we would be down for a refund the guy in the shop told us they would be open till 5 the next day, oh guess what the shop is shut, lies lies lies. For anyone who had time off work you can claim your wagers back off bed world and if the gave u a time of delivery and didnt turn up u can demand a refund with no questions asked.

Recently purchased a super king size bed and mattress from here.. and I would like to say a huge thank you to Mark from the (Chesterfield store) who was so helpful, friendly and professional. He responded very quickly to a few minor hiccups we had, and he organized a smooth sale from beginning to end for us. I would certainly recommend visiting this store if you want excellent customer service and value for money...thank you so much Mark our bed looks amazing !

A shambles of a company. How this place makes money is beyond me.
Treats customers and staff like something off the bottom of the shoe. the dad of the company has been struck off companies house, for a big reason. Terri Zaman is a fraud. His sons Eesaa and yusuf are no better

Had a bed from there base drawer wouldn't stay closed changed it no bothervbed very comfy and good quality
