Bought a firm double hypnos mattress from Capital Beds in Watford . The owner was very friendly and customer service was great. They showed me lots of mattresses and I lay on all the ones I wanted to buy and he helped and guided me about my I wanted from the mattress.
The mattress also has a 10 year warranty which I think is really good. Slept on it last night and 10/10 to comfort.

Brilliant customer service. I phoned up last week and got some great advice , really helpful and friendly. I orderd the 5ft kingsize divan base and matching headboard in Naples mink. Always kept up to date via email and extremely helpful when I had ordered and wanted to change the colour. Got emails and a phone call to confirm delivery as promised within a week. Delivery gentleman were friendly, helpful and arrived promptly on the time. Divan and headboard look great I'm extremely pleased. Would highly recommend this company and definitely buy from them again.

What makes a retailer great is their customer service, honouring warranty, and reasonable prices. These guys tick all the boxes. Very impressed with their service.

Great customer Service. There is no hard sale and their prices are very competitive. Managed to deliver our custom made Super King bed and Mattress in just two weeks even though were were told it could take up to 4 weeks. The quality of the Bed and mattress are amazing. I wish we had bought it earlier! Also their delivery service is VERY good. They carried the bed into first floor of my house, fully assembled it and also took great care to ensure my house not damaged. Next time I am buying a bed/mattress I will not even bother to visit other stores.

This review is a couple of months overdue but so deserved. I’m over the moon with my experience using onlinemattresssale. I stumbled upon this website when looking for a specific mattress and found they listed it, in the sale, at almost £200 lower than the RRP (or anywhere else I could find). I wasn’t ready to order, as my bed frame wasn’t being delivered for another couple of weeks, but I didn’t want to miss the deal. I called the company and asked if I could order but delay the delivery. They were happy to assist me, took my postcode and promised the mattress would be delivered on my day of choice… and it was. It was such a bargain and is an incredible quality mattress, well wrapped and protected for transport. The delivery drivers were also incredibly cheerful and helpful- keeping me updated along the way. Thank you so much.
