Excellent service good quality carpets

We had our first few carpets for our new home alright. But we booked them to measure our stairs landing and hall they came to measure fine but the guy who fits carpet wasn't available to book so they said they'll phone few days time we heard nothing. So we both tried to phone few times we got hold of them they say they phone back heard nothing now we kept phoning them and they are answering at all.
This is very appauling we are not impressed them messing us about stay clear of this place. Waste of time!
