Polite friendly staff from entering the store we were made to genuinely feel welcome. Helpful with a good knowledge of the products, and understanding our needs with the assistance of the sleep/mattress testing machine.
Achieved a very competitive price for me with extras thrown in.

My mum is practically bedridden, so it was important she have a good quality bed.
There was a very good range and
we got a lovely bed and some new pillows. Mum is very happy with it all.
Just say, " Hey Google, 'Dreams' Swansea", then follow the map to a great night sleep! (They should be paying me for this🛌🛌🛌)

Spent a lot more than I had expected to pay, staff seemed knowledgeable and explained the differences in memory foam, gel, pocket springs, tempur cool touch. Finally decided on the huge investment on the cool touch tempur matress after using the sleep tech machine and the unique cool touch mattress only available to dreams. Spent a lot of money but with a 10 year guarantee on the matress and the benefit of a cooler sleep it was decided that an extra outlay now might be worth it long term.

Tempur reviews are very high across the range and that also was a factor, time will tell if the knowledge of the staff who said the mattress is impossible to overheat due to the technology used then it will be a good investment, if not and still get very warm then it may be one of the worst investments, but it was by far the coolest mattress to lie on and could feel the difference so fingers crossed.

Overall 4 stars, due to the price is very high but as cannot get the mattress anywhere else as its exclusive to Dreams (the cool touch range) then there is currently no competition for that range.

From entrance to the store the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped from the get go and every aspect of our time in the store. From all the helped we did purchase a mattress that was recommended by the sleep machine and the staff made sure we tried and had a good choice to choose from

Lovely experience walked in with my grandson and described what type of bed I wanted. I went on the mattress simulator and picked bedframe , headboard and mattress the lady staff member was really helpful and the store,was lovely spacious and clean. Recommend trying the mattress simulator it was brilliant

Bought a lovely sofa bed .The gentleman called Gareth was very helpful,he demonstrated how to put the sofa into a bed.It looked easy ,he let me try and it was very easy.The Haze sofa bed is very comfortable to sit on as a sofa,I laid on it as a bed and found it very comfortable also.It's being delivered next Monday ,its going to look nice in my room giving more space and extra seating thankyou again Gareth for being so helpful .
