Went to Freeport today Sunday opening times 10am. Doors locked women who couldn’t even be bothered to come to the door shouted 11 o clock. The website needs to be changed. They lost a sale as I came home.

Plenty of choices, bedding and curtains, towels etc. Price wise, quite reasonable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I visited the store today to buy pillows and a quilt. The assistant was so rude to my mum , who had forgotten to put her mask on, that I walked out without any purchase. I refuse to give any custom to a shop where the assistant could speak to an older lady in such a way. I see from other reviews that I am not the only person to find the staff lacking in any customer service. Can they really afford to be like this ?
