Great place to try and a waterbed

Absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with, the after sales service is non existent and the sales guy is down right insulting. We purchased a very expensive waterbed from this company and had issues straight away, called them up and within two minutes was told to either SUE THEM or TAKE IT TO TRADING STANDARDS........Not the sort of reply you expect from any company that has even the slightest respect for it's customer, TAKE MY ADVISE AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY SIMPLY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

My old mattress gave up the ghost and decided to let me down 4 days before Christmas . My wife and I went to see Terry and his guidance and knowledge was second to none and with his help we are back in our trusty waterbed for Christmas . We can highly recommend this company having dealt with them for 20 years plus.Many , many thanks !!!

Amazing service, wouldn't use anyone else, fast, punctual, efficient and professional

Not good. Was told by the store they open on Sunday. Drove there to find them closed
