Terrible customer service. Bought some net curtains which they cut too long, hung over the windowsill and looked terrible, took back into the shop where the lady refused to help, recommended I get them tailored myself. £25 completely wasted. I always try to support local businesses when I can but will now just buy online. Less hassle and better service. Its a shame as the gentleman who sold me my original net curtains 4 years ago got them perfect. Really gone down hill. No wonder our high streets are dying out. Will never buy from them again.
