Really experienced staff, knew exactly what mattresses I needed for my B&B, nearly every guest has commented on how comfortable they were.

We were let down drastically by a major bed company and Beds Today were stars!!!
Not only did they have something in stock, but delivered it an hour later. I would recommend them to everyone.

Needed a mattress same day, telephoned and spoke to Steve who gave me some options. Ordered a new double and it was delivered the same day (I did call in the morning). Amazon couldn't even do that! Love it. New mattress is great quality and comfortable.

We've just bought our second bed from this family company about a fortnight ago. We went back to them because they offer a good range of quality beds at competitive prices, and give friendly, down-to-earth advice to help you work out what you want. There is no sales pressure whatsoever, and you can really tell that they specialise in beds. The gents came to deliver the bed this evening, and had quite a challenge getting the super-king ottoman bed into our old house (up our bendy staircase). But they did it, set up the bed and took away all the packaging. We are very pleased with it.

Not very please. We bought bed mattress and headboard in April. The springs have started to move around. So phoned the shop to say, they didn't seem interested. They asked if we had the receipt in which I said no.they said without receipt they couldn't do anything.Surely if a purchase was made, they should have a copy of receipt.
So £500 down the drain.

Bought a mattress from this shop and it dipped they changed the mattress and it dipped again won't change it again poor service for a poor mattress don't go there you will be conned

Ordered new bed at the begining of the year. Great service start to finish. Beds Today installed the new one for us and took the old one away . Really polite and helpful .
Same price as buying from a national company but you wouldn't get that kind of service level so it's the best reason to shop and buy locally
