Mitre Linen

We own a 8 bedroom guest house in Devon and Mitre is our first choice for all of our bedding. We have three levels of stock: 1. What we inherited when we loved in (Mostly Dunelm, Asda George and Sainsbury's Tu) this isn't great and we use it only when we have to. 2. Out of Eden Hotel Supplies (good quality satin stripe). 3. Mitre Satin Stripe and fitted sheets ... These are by far the best quality that we own and we are hoping to go all Mitre within the next 24 months as we phase out levels 1 and 2 (probably keep 2 for a back-up in case of laundry emergencies). Top products at very reasonable prices.

I have been a customer of Mitre for quite some years. I contacted Claire at the office and ordered new pillows for my Hotel. She was extremely helpful and expedited the order quickly and efficiently. My delivery arrived the very next day as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. ((Would not shop anywhere else!)

My dad recently stayed at the jury's hotel in Scots field rd Newcastle ,he said he had the best nights sleep in years .The following morning he asked reception where he could purchase pillows like these .they emailed him the following morning with this company's name .He was over the moon when he found the company was in wales ,and not far from his house .He will be contacting them shortly .

Fantastic quality !! as per another reviewer we discovered Mitre when staying at a Best Western hotel .. pillows were the comfiest ever. Took photo of the pillow label googled, found them and ordered ..they supply to the trade but also to the public (you'll pay a couple of quid more as you're not purchasing high quantities) but it's worth it. Arrived quickly and each pillow in clear carrier with handle. Superb.

Still waiting on an order from 7 weeks ago. No update on delivery, I have to call every week which then I’m told a date then it passes. No manager to speak to and still no definite date. It MAYBE in 10 days time. Things can be late that’s not a problem. It’s the handling of this I find very poor.

Heritage Topper didnt last must passed 18 months, lumpy and unusable.
Toppers should last up to 4-5 years.

How come the same topper we had from Mitre last near on 4 years with the same care taken.

Email from Mitre ignore, no answer when calling.
Company has ZERO interest in customer care.

AVOID.

Fabulous company to deal with. Ordering is easy, any issues and their customer service are all over it. Quality of products are perfect. We are a trade customer and our customers love the products too.

Bought some pillows on their website after a good nightscsleep at a hotel using theirs. Good servicevand delivery and now got that hotel experience every night.
