Do not shop here £900 bed arrived wet and dirty and broken as per the pictures. Went in to complain, the salesman wasn't interested just said to complain to head office.

Thought staff helpful and knowledgeable but I was wrong. Very dissappointed in my purchase of a large mirrored wardrobe unit. A lot of money for nothing exceptional!

Very helpful as we wanted our king size bed dismantled & the mattress taken away. Also to assemble new bed. No problem - all sorted & it will arrive & be assembled on 10 days - can't wait. Brilliamt

Staff here were both friendly & helpful.
Most accommodating with a return & exchange I needed to make.
The beds all looked to be of a much better build quality than the neighbouring Dreams store.

The staff were very helpful but 6 weeks until they can deliver while sleeping on a mattress on the floor is a bit to long at our age

The delivery team would have scored a full 10/10 unfortunately the legs supplied were of two different types. Customer services again were very good and I should get the right legs next week.

Everything was exactly as expected. Delivery on the arranged date, two phone calls from the delivery driver on the day of delivery to let us know when they would arrive. They arrived on time. Very friendly delivery men.

Very polite and helpful. Arrived when they said they would. Removed shoes when entering property.
