The fellas at Bensons were brilliant during the sale, and also afterwards, when they called to remind us that we still had a balance to pay. The text messages contained all the relevant information we required for the delivery and kept us up to date with it all. On the day of delivery the fellas rang about 30 minutes before they arrived and were very friendly and chatty. They asked about wearing masks, and offered to take their shoes off to deliver upstairs. They took both mattresses upstairs for us, so a painless and quick delivery. Brilliant.

Every aspect of dealing with this company has been really poor. Our first delivery arrived with both of their own brand beds badly damaged (see photos)Tried to contact their call centre numerous times, in the end gave up and called the store. The asst mgmr Chris told me it was “not his problem”. I drove over and thankfully met Ricky the manager, who in contrast was very helpful and spent ages on the phone himself trying to reorganise replacements. One of the beds was replaced within a few weeks, but today they arrived with the other replacement bed, which was also damaged! The drawers were warped, so thankfully they were able to swop them over with the bed we had already. I fully expect both of their beds to develop faults and will have to write them off, as I doubt Bensons are going to be around to honour a warranty claim.

Our mattress delivery was booked in store. No problems there. Got my delivery slot a day before...not 2 as stated. Delivery did not turn up. It took a call from me to find out that it was not put on the vehicle and I hadn't received notification. No attempt to set delivery quickly and I had to wait another week wondering if it really would show. Not impressed with the lack of comms on the delivery side.

Member of staff knowledgeable, we were made to feel welcome and the store had a wide range of products for us to look at.

The store was also clean, tidy and well presented.

Should the need arise, we will revisit Bensons For Beds again, thank uou.

Shocked at the delivery team help desk, very unhelpful. Rude didn’t let me talk kept interrupting. Would not let me know when to expect my delivery, I was informed I would get a text and didn’t!!! I was then told I’d have a two hour window and didn’t! She refused to listen to my complaint This lady named Debbie then laughed at me when I said I was appalled with her customer service, she tutted and told me whatever and put the phone down, how are you meant to resolve anything with attitudes like this she should be retrained ok how to speak to polite customers! Totally unacceptable

Been let down, my bed was supposed to be delivered today and have been told the 11th hour it wasn’t coming due to a clerical error which wasn’t my fault! I had no contact previously about this and would not rate their customer service. Bed cancelled will go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. Your loss bensons.

The sales process was extremely good in helping us in our decision making with the member of staff was exceptionally well informed and had a very pleasant manner. We were able to try a number types of mattresses and pillows until we both content. Overall an excellent buying experience and whilst the selling was positive at no time did it seem as if we were being pressured.
