Bensons for Beds Barrow-in-furness

My parents ordered a bed, at the time of purchase, from this store, they were offered a delivery date. The day before the date they got a text to say it was being rearranged to another date 2 weeks later. They waited in yet another day, no bed, no correspondence from the store. They went in to find everyone in the store eating breakfast and asked to speak with the manager, they said the manager would call- they never did. We rang customer service who informed us the delivery had been changed to 3 months later - this was not communicated with my parents they had to ring customer services to find out this info. Once again they went into store this time telling them they wanted their money back. After 1 week no money back. They again rang customer service, who got the payment back to them. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all, they seem more interested in their staff meal times than their customers.

Everything about my purchase with Bensons for beds was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The eagerness and professionalism to help customers in their shop is second to none. There were two delivery men both of which were polite professional as well as friendly and approachable. Good range. Bit on the pricey side. Good with the kids being abit boisterous.

Shocking that this company would charge you 20% of your order when trying to cancel it a couple of days after ordering. Also charge £30 delivery in store when spending £900 yet free deliver when ordering online. Will never shop here ever again.

Delivered on time, with a smile, excellent service from the delivery guys, a credit to the company..

The communication we received was amazing. Arrived the time stated. The 2 lads were very polite and helpful would totally recommend. Thank you guys
